Malgré la grande diversité de bonsaïs et les belles pièces que l'on y trouve, l'accueil est des plus désagréable : on nous regarde de travers comme si on allait voler, alors que l'on souhaite juste acheter et pouvoir bénéficier de conseils. Pas de réponse à nos questions, ou de façon désagréable et expéditive. Très décevant.
