We left our car for approximately 2 weeks for the Christmas holidays and we were very happy with the service! Transfer back and forth to the airport and completely safe! We will repeat!

Prices are different than those on the website (I paid 5 more than expected). Furthermore I had to wait more than 1 hour letting several other customers landing and finally take the shuttle to reach the parking. No transparent at all
Good shuttle service between parking and airport of Charleroi. Quick within five minutes. Good price. I took the service in June. They accept debit card.
They only speak French, but the service is great.
For customer service if it could be possible I would give 0 star. Absolutely unfriendly and careless service when I asked for help or refund for the damage I had on my car when I went to pick it up. This is going on now for like 2 months and still not received any answer even I was told the owner of the business is contacting with the insurance company. Will not use them again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Parking très facilement accessible tout de suite à la sortie d'autoroute. Accueil très agréable, nous avions un peu de retard, ils nous ont appelé pour éventuellement nous indiquer le chemin. La navette nous attendait avec un chauffeur particulièrement aimable et professionnel. Pour le retour, en récupérant nos bagages nous les avons appelé, ils nous attendaient comme convenu au lieu de rdv à l aéroport. Aucune attente, service agreable et professionnel. Parking à 5min. Adresse à garder précieusement. Merci.
