Service catastrophique! Le Serfam est avant tout un service d'aides ménagères mais très peu de compétences comme aides familiales. Avec 10 \aides familiales\ différentes en 2 mois chez la même personne, il est impossible d'assurer un suivi correct des personnes bénéficiaires!
