Ive been here a couple of times! This place is amazing! The spa is the most relaxing! The restaurant is also of higer level! Will be back in 2021! When it snows, this place and its surroundings are magic! The Staff are exceptionally friendly!

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had a booked the suit and a massage arrangement. Upon arrival it seemed our massage arrangement had not been communicated with the spa staff. However they did managed to cram us one day later. Which was a bit of shame since we were waiting just for the massages before we could leave. The room itself was big and separated in 2 main compartments. A living area and a sleeping area. Both featured a tv. The bathroom was adjacent to our bed. It featured a full sized bath, a shower, 2 sinks and a separate toilet. The style is somewhat old but not lacking in any quality. My only complaints about the room: - The shower head was lacking in water pressure. Just a very small jet of water. - I did not like the cushions. Way too soft. Putting your head onto them makes you fully submerged in them. I like them a bit harder. We also visited the spa area. It was OK but don't expect anything fancy. Small but clean. 1 heated pool area. Although separated from the spa area so you will need to were shorts. 1 sauna (3-4 max) 1 infra red sauna (3-4 max) 1 hammam cabin(2 max) 3 bubble baths 2 showers A resting area of about 7ish beds Lockers and a changing area (men and women) (with shower) are available. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly and spoke Dutch, French, German and English. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
We went back to this hotel to repeat our honeymoon as we liked it so much there the first time. We did not regret it. We were there during off season and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant delivered food just as good as we remembered. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious and everything was clean and working fine. We look forward to returning in a few years time for the next anniversary.
Great hotel, fantastic rooms, food and swimming pool/spa... If the owner puts a lilttle more effort in the bed (bigger), this hotel could and should be rated as a 5*...ausgezeichnet...

Had a great lunch there while on a cycle tour, with the green Marktplatz in front of the well laid out terrace outside. One feels really relaxed - only slight strange thing, after ordering 2 meals, beer and coke, asked for some tap water (which in Is a legal requirement of any pub or restaurant) none available- slightly strange - (I could understand if we hadn’t ordered drinks)
