I love Yyoga for many reasons! First the design is great and soon as I walk into the studio I feel relaxed and there is a warm vibe that is welcoming. The studio is spacious and includes a lounge to relax after class, along with showers, and is located in a great section of Brussels. The community at Yyoga is dedicated and there is a great energy in the classes that keeps me coming back!

I occasionally visit the studio for gentle yoga practice. The studio has a very cool class where yin yoga is mixed with sound bath. It’s one of the most relaxing type of yoga I’ve ever done. Highly recommended!

I like that the studio is clean and serene. I am thinking to stop going though because I find the policy of cancellation and delay a bit strict. I have been late (not for the class but for the 10 min in advance policy late) only once since July and immediately had a remark, but I think it is normal that this can occur even with the best intentions, as it can happen for work or an important appointment. I think it's a bit too much to be refused to enter the class and be charged for it. Also, it happened once for me to cancel a class within the 4 hours before the class because of a work emergency. It has only happened once and the studio was kind enough to only charge me 2 euros for it. I still find it very strict, it can happen in life that somebody has a headache, a problem at work or a belly pain without knowing 4 hours in advance. I think the policy should allow \some\ flexibility. At least for members who join in weekly.

The studio felt overly crowded. I barely found any space to get changed, to leave my belongings and ultimately to practice yoga. I had two persons so close next to me on both sides that a lot movements were difficult to perform without bumping into each other. They should lower the maximum capacity. Checking in for a first timer is long, tedious and confusing. There seems to be an extra cost to almost everything (towels, mats, etc). The bathroom was cramped and very dirty. Considering the price of entry, that is not what you would expect. Last but not least, we weren't even offered the trial/first class price even though it is clearly indicated on their brochure. Instead we had to pay the regular price because the person at the counter didn't believe a friend of mine had suggested that I join and given me the brochure in the first place. That is not a good business gesture; especially considering he had my newly filled out form in front of him and I had the advertised offer in my hands. They should either offer the deal they are advertising or not advertise it at all. Otherwise, from the customer's perspective, it seems like a ripoff.
