The room wasn’t clean when I got the keys, I only spend two weekends in total and left about three months later because of covid. When I left they checked the room with me after I cleaned it and concluded it was clean and I would get my 1040 back. We signed a contract and I gave my keys back. Two months after I gave back my keys I still had not gotten my payment and they went back to check the room without telling me and concluded it wasn’t clean this time and I would only get 940 without my signature. They are not honest people and luckily it’s only a 100 but I strongly do not recommend Xior Etterbeek!

Whole new brand refurnished building equipped with so far well equiped studio and room for a easonable price
It is a really nice place to stay. There are people from all over the world and they are really friendly, specially the young guy who works at the office and lives there. The rooms are spacious and well isolated. It is in a good and save neighbourhood, where you can find supermarkets and different kind of shops nearby. There are tram and bus stations at 5min walk, and going to the center doesn't take too much time. The rooms are a bit expensive but it is worth it.
This place is amazing due to many reasons. First, the friendly and open-minded environment that makes you to not miss home. Second, the Staff team here know about their responsibilities and do it perfectly and they are always there if you have a problem. Moreover, the quality of the studios are very good and I am going to extend my contract here for another year.
I am living here from last 10 months. Administration is super helpful with the processes and if there is doubt they make it clear. Facilities are also good including tv Rooms and games room. I personally recommend this place for the students.
Xior student housing (Especially the one in Etterbeek) is one of the best student housings I have ever stayed at. It provides a premium experience at a value for money price :) The studios are super comfy with a private shower and kitchen. The common areas are great for socializing and making new friends or even joining a game of foosball ;) Special kudos to Thomas from Team Xior who has always been available and helpful to respond to all my questions from finding the right studio to ensuring things run smoothly at all times. I strongly recommend this student housing to everyone.
I've been living at Xior in Brussels for a couple of months. The building is brand new, rooms are very cozy and it's located in one of the best areas for students and young workers in Brussels. The building lacks a garden or a common study room, but it's located very close to a library and the VUB and ULB. The managers are very diligent and you can always count on them if there's any problem. Nice place, better people!
