I find it sad that the quality of CS one gets depends on the CSR behind the counter. I received excellent service as well as horrible service at this particular location. The younger looking gentleman who served me provided professional and excellent CS while the middle aged woman wearing glasses is rude and patronizing. How come that the company doesn't provide the same training to its employees? Managers ought to know that employees' behavior reflect badly and poorly on the whole branch. I hope this location will improve its current state of customer service. At the end of the day the branch would close without US the CONSUMERS!

Very Rude not polite not professional. The old lady working there ask personal questions and threat you that she will not release the money if you don't answer. I think she forgot she is an employee as western agent and not a police women. Take my advice never use the location. Completely unforgettable experiences.

Great money exchange rates and very friendly customer service. I was greeted the moment I walked with a smile. I exchanged 400 and got 356.

Waited 30 minutes to be served with just two people in front. They only had 10000 notes of Japanese Yen They only had 100 Australian notes No Philippine Peso available No Hong Kong Dollar available. They DO NOT give you the exchange rate you see on their website. When asked why I got almost 50 euro worth less than what the website displays (when only spending 350 euro), the lady said that this is to pay for their rent, insurance, etc. Sure, but for 50 euro - you're better off going to the bank. They don't charge commission, but THEY DO CHARGE FEES.
