zero service.i bought a ticket for pakistan in March but it was cancelled by the airline company.i request for refund but buraq staff told me when airline company refund us so than we will pay you back.still not pay back and its was 400 and now the staff say we will give you back 260 because the company took tax and other charges.i think i must contact with police about it.i understand they are kidding me.
