Terrible customer service. I sold my house 2 months ago and notified them immediatly. I keep receiving invoices despite numerous calls and emails. Another demonstration that monopolies are very badly managed.

This company is from the medieval times! Truly disgusting customer service where they can't explain to us from the start when we asked why we're being charged so much, that the commune made a mistake of recording only one person in the flat when we said clearly from the start we are two. So now we have a 870 euro bill for two people because we're being overtaxed?? Appalling!

Non-existing customer service. This organisation would be long bankrupt if customers had a choice...

Nothing is easy in Brussels, Vivaqua is as complicated as they come when trying to understand what you are paying and especially if you try to de-register. Standard awful no customer focus.

Tourist savior and protector. Praise it!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. The wait to speak with somebody on the phone is epic. Clearly understaffed. Here's the kicker, in Brussels your annual bill isn't calculated solely on water consumption BUT ALSO the official composition of your home (in basic English, it's based on how many people in your home are registered with the town hall). So don't invite friends, family or partners to your home for extended periods if you live alone. I'm a single person living in a 80m2 flat with a 500 water bill. Thanks Vivaqua... Bande de voleurs. Water is a commodity, let us pay for what we use, don't base the bill on some bogus population control system. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Practical tips for local customers: - No helpdesk e-mail to write to - No helpful service provided via helpdesk phone number. If any answer at all. You basically have to book a couple of hours to go personnally, talk with the representatives — even only for a 2' inquiry like billing, change of address or a repair request — then go home. And come back again if needed. In times of digital technologies & need for efficiency, this should be delt with via internet or phone. Luckily, the personal is nice and welcoming

Appaling customer service, send wrong invoices and make you pay extra administration costs for their mistakes. Not reachable via phone and takes ages to get an answer via email.
