Very friendly employees and great customer service. They spoke great English and talked me through the process to get an under 19 Euro monthly unlimited card to see as many movies as I want. Concessions are much cheaper than in the US about 1/3 the price. Popcorn is not fresh, but medium comes in two bags pre-salted or pre-sugared. Movies come in multiple audio and subtitle formats. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt safe coming to this cinema. It was a Friday night, and we watched one of the few blockbusters. The theater was mostly empty, so social distancing was easily achievable. However, no clear guidelines were given, beside a one seat gap, on a single row, between groups. In my opinion, a higher distance, taking into account the people sitting in front of eachother, should be enforced, especially since it can easily be achieved. Fortunately, my fellow movie-goers, did hold a safe distance and allowed me to have a satisfying cinema experience.
Nice cinema. Big screen, sound is okay. Ticket control was fast.
It has one of the most beautifull cinema theater. Well situated in the new pedestrian center of Brussels, near Metro stations.
This place offers a nice cinematic experience with its wonderful screens.
Nice movie theater in the heart of Brussels! Easy to go to with public transport. Get the UGC 7x pass and watch movies cheaply. One time in your life, go see a movie in the big hall called El Dorado. It's has a beautiful golden touch. Ow and also: they clean the toilets here. Love that too.
Its nice and cozy.. lot of screens.. right in the center so easy to take the public transport after the movie.. overall a fun experience.. you must try to watch a movie in the hall no 7.. its the best
Pretty good place for a movie. If you like dubbing in French you might be disappointed as they don't always give the opportunity to watch them in French (except for children audience). And better pee somewhere else or you'll have to pay 0.5 to release yourself
