Very bad value and service. If you care about your things do not hire them. Tom who said he was in industry a long time did not update us on exact dates when container arriving and told us we owe him money backdated for 3 days!!!! They don't tell the cost upfront they tell you after. One of their teams damaged our bunk bed and guess what team relocation said? We don't compensate you because there is excess n your policy. Again we were not informed about it. We have been told we will be compensated full amount we quoted foe the item. So I had to write an email to senior people in team relocation to get some amount back. Otherwise they would not have lifted a finger.

I don't recommend using this company. They misrepresent their actual capabilities and then don't deliver (literally and figuratively). I hired them to deliver 2 cubic metres of air freight to the United States. They estimated 10 days. It took 20 just for them to get it on a plane to the US. Their US-affiliated carrier still has my things and has not delivered yet. It will be at least 4 weeks in total before my things are delivered. Stay away.

Pas du tout professionnel. ILS ONT VOLÉ MES CHAUSSURES 33 paires ( d’une valeur inestimable)... la boîte à chaussure n’est jamais rentré dans le container le jour du départ( ils l’ont sûrement mis de côté) !!! Arrivée à destination lors de l’inven, la boîte n’y était pas et l’assurance n’a pas voulu rembourser car les déménageurs n’ont pas écrit qu’il s’agissait de la shoes box. Ils vendent des mensonges. J’aurai vraiment honte à leurs place.
