Next time I decide to spend 300 euros on a perfume I would rather go to Antwerp. Bought an extremely sweet fragrance and all 5 samples I received were fresh and orange unisex type. Some kind of bad joke and the best way to show how “good” the store personnel is.

Great variety of fragrances in a nice looking store but the service is bizarre; rude and unhelpful employees, asking for a suggestion felt like a crime to the sales clerk that was “helping” me and any question I had was left unanswered. Very awkward and weird shopping experience, ended up getting the fragrance I wanted somewhere else with much better service.
Great perfumes. The service depends on you get as advisor. The last man I got was humble, a great listener, and gave me time to decide on my own. I chose two perfumes and before leaving he gave me a selection of samples that were a treat to discover. He looked for specific samples, and he was spot on, absolutely loved those samples and know which ones I'll be getting next.
The place to be in Brussels if you are looking for more unique perfums or truly elite signature fragrances. The service is impecable and the prices are huge, but it is all worth it :-)
Sooo, even if I understand that in Brussels is everywhere mediocre at best, the service in this place is purely horrible. If you want to avoid being humiliated by the dismissive, ignorant and arrogant staff, it is better not to go there. However, if you take my words as a challenge and still planning a trip there, please, be informed that the variety of perfume brands if meh.
High end perfume store with a good selection of niche brands. Staff are very knowledgeable, and the presentation is absolutely top notch. They also have a cosmetics and skin/hair care store next door that's up to the same high quality. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for.

Had such a horrid experience. The lady who helped was rude and quite unpleasant. She was surprised I knew which perfumes I wanted. Very snobby. Was rude to her colleagues in front of a customer!! Spent 500 on perfumes and wasn't even given some samplers :/ Quite disappointed. The same perfume house from London would have given me a lot more. Not going back here. Shameful experience, such a pity!
