Lovely place to enjoy typical Belgium cuisines like mussels, cod fish and of course Belgium fries ! The decoration is in the theme of sea as the name states, we were so lucky to meet the painter of the decoration painting on the wall! Such a coincidence! The service is nice and welcoming, the chef even asked around everyone on the table about our opinions on the food. Promise me to have a try on the dessert, the cream was soft and tender like the cloud! AMAZING!

Heard a lot about La Maree. Was excited to try. Service is very good, top notch! Food tastes average though. The seafood is fresh but flavours are a bit one dimensional and boring.

For sure the best mussels I have had in Brussels. Unlike many other seafood restaurants in the city, the mussels LaMaree serves are fat while the soup base is full of flavour. As a restaurant with over 40 years in business, it is nice to see how passionate the owner and their staffs are. Most importantly, they take care of every customer and ensure him/ her enjoy dining there. Not only about the quality of food, but also seating arrangement and caring for the customers.

Beautiful meal. The food was phenomenal. We had the iberico (daily special), mussels, escargots, sole, house dessert, and house wines to drink. Everything was perfect. I wish I lived in Brussels so I could come here every week! Thank you to everyone. You are all so kind.

So tasty!!! Make sure you make a reservation before you come. Luckily I made one same day in the morning. They had to turn away people without reservation while we were enjoying the food. The food was so amazing, and high quality. Mussels were cooked to perfection and monk fish was superb as well. No wonder this place is popular and packed. The place is small and cozy with a small menu. If you visit brussels you must come here for delicious and fresh seafood. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Its not cheap, but very good value for money and worth every penny. The sole was absolutely beautifully cooked. Crisp on the outside, melt in the mouth soft inside. Excellent quality fish that was allowed to speak for itself. They normally serve with chips but I requested vegetables and they happily obliged with soft buttery baby potatoes and a medley of steamed veg. The sort of place you look forward to visiting again.

Simply delicious with charming and welcoming owners and personnels. We couldn't think of a better place to spend our last night in Belgium. Some can find the price quite high compared to other places but sincerely the delicacies are worth the price and it is normal to pay for the service and quality food. Yummy highly recommended.
