What a terrible company. I've never ever experienced such bad Customer Service. When calling the company you get disconnected. Every time they have problem with the system. Customer Service Agent started yelling at me and then hang up the Phone. Try to make a appoiment is impossible. If I could give this company a minus 10 I deff would! TERRIBLE!

Proximus! Yesterday, I called around 4PM, direct contact with an employee. Today I’ve been calling for more than 1H while the initial waiting time was 10 minutes?! What happened?! Thanks for wasting my time

terrible terrible terrible. requested to switch from base to proximus online, and proximus asked base to disable my line right away without me receiving the proximus sim card first.. how irresponsible is that?

The headquarters of proximus. Situated in the north of Brussels city. Accessibility is very good due to proximity with bus tram and metro stations. Railway station is close as well. Everything thing important ranging from research development and marketing plans are prepared here. So this is more of a tech center than the customer center. Been here thrice, had a lovely welcome each time. Very warm, welcoming, abd professional staff!

Proximus has possible the worst customer service in Belgium. Belgium has probably the worst costumer service in all EU, so you do the math at how bad Proximus is. Basically nothing is their problem and they can't do anything. On the other hand they are a monopolistic company, so most of the time you will have no alternative. Avoid at all cost.
