super impolite worker (the head of the store as he was saying) We came in at 19:40 and they were already with the doors closed (the store closes at 20). We wanted to pay with ecochecks which I usually do, and the cashier said that it was only with the exact amount. Then when we wanted to add a few things to get to that amount he said that he already had registered the ecochecks in the sale and we could not add things or take them away, which it doesn't make any sense at all, as the sale could be easily cancelled altogether. After asking him to do that he just simply decided that it was his time to go home, and cancelled our sale (which 5 minutes ago he was saying was not possible) and sent us home without our products. I had already put some products on my bag, as we were ready to pay, and he started taking them away directly from my bag. Then he called security and made us leave the store. completely unacceptable (and classical in Belgium I may say)

Absolutely IMPOLITE cashier accusing me of stealing. Her reasoning was that I was carrying a bigger bag from another grocery store so she thought I would steal and put some article to that bag! Just because someone has a bigger bag it doesn’t mean it’s for stealing. How rude! Never again this crazy store
Wanted to give this shop another try, but my experience was as bad as before: out of 4 products I bought, one had a different price at the register than what the sticker said (which is plain ILLEGAL). Mistakes happen, but in this shop it's a bit too systematic - and the fact that employees are very defensive and rude about it isn't helping... you just get the feeling you're talking to a kid caught in the act of stealing your money. And that's what it is, in a way. The products themselves are good, I think slightly overpriced but considering the location that's to be expected; and it's useful to have something so easy to reach; hence 2 stars instead of just one.
Bonjour à tous Je rejoins la plupart des commentaires. Aujourd'hui, en allant faire mes courses j ai été accueillie d une manière agressive et en quittant elle a fait des remarques désagréables sur moi à son collègue je n ai jamais vu ça .honnêtement je ne retournerais plus malgré que c est tout prés de chez moi. Service à la clientèle laisse à désirer .

Accueil sympa et pain d'excellente qualité (je vous conseille vivement les petits cailloux !)
Une vendeuse qui s'énerve sur des clients sans aucune raison valable, je n'avais encore jamais vu ça. Donc comme je l'ai dit à cette chère vendeuse, je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds.
Super. Toujours bien conseillé quand on est hésitant et pressé. Bel emplacement surtout pour les navetteurs. Ne changez rien
