The worst experience ever in a bank. The personal its not train to help the custommers, they just wanna make you feel like you are a threat for them, like you are a bad person. They told me that they can not let me inside because i am a threat for them...This is racism... shame on you bank of belgium... nothing to say more...

I went to this bank to change the old Belgium Frans back to Euros. They only take notes but not coins. For sure the building is very impressive. Would love to walk around and explore the building. Unfortunately since the terrorist attacked. The security is very tight. One must first go through the security check.The staffs at the security check point are very kind and helpful. They will ask you what do you want to do then they tell you the direction. But at the counters, the service were very slow. 2 counters were opened for changing notes. Took me more than 1 hour and I was only the 4th customer at that time.

Maybe the most underrated place in Brussels. There is a free museum with a great exposition and some cool free staff. I recommend visiting it!

Bien accueilli, nous étions venu pour échanger nos petites monnaies. Par contre plus d'une heure d'attente. Privilégiez alors le milieu de l'après-midi...

Scandaleux! Ayant retrouvé des billets Belges, j ai téléphoné à la banque le matin même pour savoir si je pouvais venir faire l'échange. On m a dit de venir au guichet sans rendez-vous. Habitant à 75 km, je m'y suis rendu. Arrivé sur place, je me fais refouler alors qu'il restait plus d d'une heure avant la fermeture. J ai eu beau expliquer que je venais spécialement pour cela mais rien à faire. On m a dit de revenir un autre jour. Soit faire 150 km de plus! Soit 300 km pour faire cet échange! Ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle du service à la clientèle ni même du service tout simplement!

Bonjour, très belle bâtisse et intérieur de la banque impressionnant... Nous passons par plusieurs postes afin d'arriver dans la salle des guichets pour l'échange de monnaies où autres services.. J'ai été guidée en vue d'un guichet libre par monsieur Philippe qui était très gentil,souriant et qui vous transmet toute sa bonne humeur... Merci monsieur Philippe La guichetière était tout aussi gentille et souriante.
