Had a tragus surface done at this piercing shop. The jewel that the ladies applied (curved barbell) was not suitable for the type of piercing which led to a rejection occurring a couple of months later. After this bad experience, I went to a piercing studio here in London, where I got the same piercing done using the appropriate jewel (surface 90). It's been over a year now, and it has never rejected! Not professional at all!! Also, staff was quite rude!

Got my earlobes and nostril pierced here. Very friendly and adequate staff. Answer each and every question you may have. The place is clean and I had a good impression of hygienic measures during the piercing. All three times the piercing process went fast and with professionalism. Didn't have much pain, actually no pain at all for the earlobes.
Despite the reviews the staff was helpful and the job was perfectly done. They will give correct advise and help you to make the right decisions. If not only for the beautiful shop, go there to get it done professionally
Well, I guess I would call that place terrible now. I have two other piercings from the same shop but from the times when the piercer was a guy. He was also not the most talkative, but very professional, so would not take this trait as a minus. The curly girl is extremely indifferent, either doesn't know or just does not care that some jewelry pieces are simply not suitable for the new piercing, otherwise you risk to get an infection. Zero interaction or motivation. Guess what, had to remove the piercing and go to another salon. If you see that girl, just turn away.
They accept only cash payments. For a piercing shop it is a very unhygienic practice. Not even talking about the coronavirus.
I asked the lady who was working if it was possible to also just shoot holes (earrings). She looked at me as if I asked the most stupid question ever. Very uninterested/unfriendly. She asked if I had cash (which I had not) so she told me to go get it and come back after 15 since she was in the store alone. The store was completely empty accept for me and shooting 2 holes takes max. 10 minutes. When I went outside I decided not to come back. Why would I let anyone touch me who can't even talk normal to me? No thanks
I did 2 ear piercings there and the staff was always very professional but don't expect them to be smiling or super friendly. They do a great job and are strict with hygiene rules and that's what matters. Totally recommend this piercing shop!
I came here because I lost my Helix piercing and needed new jewelery. Everybody was very nice and spoke English. Unfortunately the offer of piercing jewelery was very basic, but suited my taste. I paid only 5 for the jewelery including putting it in. The piercer was very professional and the place very hygienic.
