Got my Roland Fantom in this shop. Better priced than Thomann, excellent service and advice. I recommend definitely.

Really love this place, especially compared to other music stores I've visited! They have a great selection and wide range of gear. Also (and more importantly) they give you great and personal advice if you ask, but they're not pushy and annoying. Definitely a new go-to store for me

The shop is small, dark, dusty and a little messed. It's not possible to compare it with music gear shops in Milano or London, bigger cities with many more potential customers, where one can find load of products on display and ready to be played. What still stanges me is the lack of care and interest that the most of Belgian shopkeepers have in making their shop an enticing place to visit, despite the products they sell and shop location. On the other side, such a small shop has a decent stock of gear.

I have often gone to them to anything music related, but they really let me down. I bought a guitar from them and the battery cover broke. The guitar is still under warranty but the fix is taking so long. I feel like they have no idea on what to do and I would not expect it. After the third times I went there, they said they would replace my guitar, but when I got at the shop they decided not to because my guitar was in bad and they cannot sell it again. My guitar has a sticker ( easily removable) and some small scratches gathered with time and usage. I wonder how you can expect to receive a guitar that doesn't seem used. Ridiculous. There is also a lot of confusion when you talk with them. It seems like they are not able to sync between themself. One of them, told me to bring the guitar, after having seen it, and replace it. The other one, said it wasn't ok. They surely lost a client for a 300 euro guitar and they haven't find any solution yet to my problem. EDIT: I wrote the review before having their call. Even though I think there are problems in communication within the staff that could be improved, I've seen the effort by them to fix my issue and it helps me to maintain a positive evaluation over. Honestly I wasn't expecting them to call again so I'm positively surprised and pleased. And I'm happy for that cause for me it's the best music shopping Brussels where I would definitely go as soon as I need something :) I'm sorry for the misunderstanding but I'm glad to write these words to show my satisfaction :)

Great shop with plenty of selection! I bought some guitar accessories which were extremely well priced. The staff know what they’re doing, it was a really great experience. Thanks!

Don't bother. I could stop there, but let me elaborate. I visited their store looking for a guitar pedal after one of the sales staff at a different store recommended checking here. They didn't have what I needed. What they do have is a bit overpriced. 20 minutes of being in the store and waiting for assistance got me nothing. The layout is dark, dingy and one feels that they're tripping over inventory to try and see price tags. Generally, it seems the place is tired and ready to roll over. Go across the street and shop somewhere that seems like they actually still do business.
