This company must be a hoax. Earlier I sent them a message through instagram where they advertise their services. No response at all. Today I called them, their secretary does not even understand the word \scalp\ but claiming that she speaks English After dealing with their secretary who even doesnt understand the word of \scalp\ and intending to give me a guidance instead of putting me in touch with an expert, I got to the point that this company has no capability of understanding customer service. This also creates lack of accountability to the clients. Their secretary even hang up the phone to my face because she didn't want to deal with an English speaking client. Perfect (!) Imagine you have a failed service for your hair and they treat you with a silence. No way to take such a risk. Rather stay away with a company of bad customer service than regretting big time.

I went to Rodolphe for the hair system.. Was desperate for something 'instant' to help with baldness. It's my 2nd month and I couldn't be happier.. Everyone says I look younger.. Lol! Of all things, Rodolphe and his team are very kind and accommodating. So, if you're looking for that fuller, denser hair, there's hope.. Say bye to baldness and hello to the new you!!! Matty
