After two confirmation by email and one by phone, no one showed up at the meeting point, they not even contact me. Nobody answered at the three phone numbers, even the emergency dispatcher for four hours. Stay away from this company.

Stay far from this company! not serious nor professional! I have booked a navette, but at the airport nobody appeared. The call center, once contacted, asked to wait 5 min. to verify. Then they told me that they were looking for contacting the driver. After 20 min. they invited me to take a normal taxi and they told me that they would have reimbursed the difference. I arrived later, and of course, after 2 weeks I didn't get any reimbursement. NEVER MORE.
The driver didn't appear in the meeting point . Also nobody reach us via phone or email. Worst experience stay away.
To be honest this is the first comfortable ride i had in a while !! the car was so comfortable and the ride was very smooth ! I took the ride from Germany to Brussels , the way was amazing AND the driver was very nice and welcoming. All in all i give it a five stars rate ;) Will be back for sure !
My experience with jetnavette was professional. I lost the driver but with jetnavette’s good communication, I found the driver again. The ride was smooth and fast. Would recommend

it was so amazing a sweet ride they have some female drivers and they are so sweet and nice to talk too with the most sweet ride to where ever you want to go
