What a disgrace! Unless you are a commercial customer the voice at the end of the voice door bell is of no help or assistance. In my case I simply required some HSBC documents to be signed and witness. A service HSBC provides world wide except Brussels! Staff member simply hung up

This is a branch only for companies - this is not for loans for individuals and there is no ATM.
It's a fax line and it's advertised as banks landline for banking purposes , very unprofessional
