Beware of Gasoline SCAM! They ripped me off too. I returned fully gassed vehicle and charged for 10 litters. Someone is stealing and I know its not the customer.

Had very good experience with them! Everything was great, from collecting the car to car quality to returning. Very much appreciate that at the return they carefully check the car and give you a full confirmation everything is fine with the car, so that you don't get unexpected claims later. Unfortunately, not all companies, and even Europcar pick-up points, do that.

Good, new car but the car return space is hard to find. Nothing on the rental agreement states the car has to be returned to Q-park level -4 or so. Many people seem to have the same problem, so I wonder why they do not explain this clearly in the agreement, or, even better, put all their return sites into the car navigation system in the first place.
