Not a good experience at all. These guys have been paid an insurance claim by American Express insurance (not some little fly-by-night operation) and yet are still harassing me about it. I am very unimpressed and I recommend going elsewhere.
What a great party place! Wonderful DJ, great cocktails, amazing street food corner including tepanyaki ice cream & handmade burgers. Loved it! At least 10 stars!

Take care when you give back the car! The new "covid regulation" ask you to put the car in the garage so no inspection will take place with you present aswell. ABUSE can take place!! (I rented cars maybe 20 times here and the team is great but this last time, they took advantage of my trust). I retured a car with total confidence and after 6 days I received an email saying that I give the car back with 3 cracks in the windshield 350eur. The possibility of disproof exist but nobody answer. The "service clientele" is working for the company interests not really listen the client. After 14 days they invoice you and debit directly your VISA. I go fast after the first email to see the car to be shure it was me and maybe I did not notice the winshield cracks but the car missing, maybe already repeared (and I find out later the car was sold). I'm still 99% shure that the car was ok. No empathy, a robotic company!!!! Conclusion: Save the Planet, buy a car! How I solved the issue: I disproof the payment on macarte.be (worldline). After 2 months I receive the money back. :)
Very bad experience, if you bring the car back on Sunday the garage is closed and they tell you to park it on the public street and even though your contract is closed and they take the car of the street on Monday, they blaim you for scratches that for example come from a bike and your deposit is taken without any valid explanation. They say that by the contract is the blame of the driver. Ok but the contract was closed and they didn't offer the possibility to park it a safe place and the car stayed one day on a pluble street between a cycling path and a construction site. 1) Online reservation was slow and cumbersome to book higher class vehicles than baseline. Booking baseline is fast. 2) Taking the car was fast 3) Car was good and new 4) Car drop was quick 5) I had some issues with billing, but with some efforts from my side Europcar reimbursed me what was overcharged.
