With Covid-19… there are necessary measures in place to avoid contamination. This can also mean that you may need to wait outside in the cold or rain for a moment. Bring all necessary identifications before leaving your house and you better park in a paid parking to avoid tickets

Not open when they email you and list on their website that they're open. A coding to the security guards, a lot of the staff go home early most days, sometimes even at lunchtime.

Easy to cancel your passport online, and fill out all the new paperwork needed to reorder a new passport. Everything is super clear about what you need to bring with you. Staff was very very friendly and concerned with my upcoming travel plans. They had my brand new passport to me in record time, in only 5 business days. I was astounded. Very very pleased.
