Very rude staff, and they waste your time. Bank statement needs to be from day before and 1 week ago is not recent enough. Make you go print at nearby print shop then having to wait back at the end of the line for another hour refusing to take your file. Open only during very limited hours, and not able to send by post or do electronic. Make sure to take a whole day off if you intend on getting a simple tourist visa, and another day for having to go pick it up between 2-3 pm in a working day (because they do not send the visa to you). I definitely do not recommend... If management reads this, please do something about it because front office is bad representation of a great country. Maybe learn from UK / Turkish / Singapore / ... embassy process.

Be sure you won't need to use WC. while you are running your errands there. They normally tell you to go to use toilets at the gas station nearby instead of having at least one for the people who must come to arrange stuff at the embassy. Hilarious, not. Could use a bit more of friendliness, you guys are the first impression of Thailand, after all.
Had tourist long stay visas issued several times. easy, and info required is all in their website. Read everything they ask for thrice. They do not have photocopier so bring the right dox. They were quite flexible since I had missed some dox. English-Thai spoken-No French spoken. Standard fayre visa issuing service.
After my awful experience with the extremely rude and unhelpful staff at this embassy, I lost all desire to visit Thailand. People working in such public positions should show at least some common courtesy.
