I contacted the Embassy via email first. Took them 1 working day to reply. Further communication was very smooth and spontaneous. Service at the embassy was also very fast, I spent in total 12 minutes there. People were nice and efficient. Of all the embassies I’ve been to, this one is the best.

I am a Singaporean, and I have called my embassy for a Notary service appointment in Oct 2017 and recently Jan 2019 again. The service standard can be different depends on the staff that you interact with. And from the accent of their English, I can say that some of the staff are not from Singapore. And as you know the Embassy is located in Brussels, so the service also gets some Brussels flavour. Just like some of the review has said. I just want to clarify that the service standard is not representative of Singapore. Singapore's government agency is famous for being very efficient and citizen (customer) friendly. If you are driving there, there are plenty of parking space along Avenue Franklin Roosevelt. For navigation, the street name is Avenue Franklin Roosevelt, house number 85. Just ignore the 1050. It is really misleading. Now, Brussels is having road work on the ring. I was stuck on the ring for close to 1 hour around 12pm-1pm. Avoid going into the ring, especially the tunnel if you can.
