Unremarkable food. Very basic no extra care given to preparation . Fairly tasteless. Mediocre service. The only good part is the view of the square. We would recommend not eating on the main square to get some decent food.

We found this restaurant quite accidentaly because we were looking for a Greek restaurant close to the city centre. It is very close to the Grand Place but not AT the Grand Place. It is a small restaurant but we were welcome even on this Friday evening. We both had a Royal Mezze which was big enough. Before we received our meal we were offered two plates of appetizers and French bread. We liked the Malamatina retsina as well. At a certain moment the two owners danced the sirtaki in front of us. Quite funny indeed!

Firstly I want to affirm all the other comments that rated this restaurant poorly. The wait was terribly long - 1 hour 15 mins for 2 dishes with very few customers. They also served the Europeans first even though we ordered first. The waitress was extremely rude. The beer was poor quality as well. As for the food, after waiting for so long we decided to leave. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone, not even my enemies.

Good location but the food was only average and for a restaurant on the Grand Place. The drink selection was disappointing compared to all the other bars and restaurants in the area. With a colleague who was visiting Brussels, there was only the most popular commercial beers. We had to go elsewhere to enjoy something a little more special.

It's not fine-dining and it isn't prepared with love, but good value in a wholesome package. To be honest, this review only covers the lamb. I have eaten here a dozen times but the grilled lamb is all I've ever ordered. It's very touristy and mechanically/soullessly prepared and put on your table, but the lamb keeps me coming back. Sometimes it's just okay, most of the time it absolutely divine. For about 15 bucks you can get a fabulous brochette of lamb with risotto, salad, goat cheese, fried potatoes and most of the time i leave very content.

It's located on the Grand'Place and therefore more suited die tourists than locals, but the quality of the food is surprisingly excellent and not really overpriced. We'll go back!
