Great service, super friendly staff. The scan of your ears take 15-20 min. The plugs were ready about 2 weeks later and I cannot live without them anymore. No more wake-up because of traffic noises early morning. Highly recommend!

Utilisation des bouchons pendant mes cours de ferronnerie où il y a beaucoup de bruit (marteau, ponçage, meulage,....). Avant, j'avais mal de tête à force d'entendre ces bruits mais depuis que j'utilise les bouchons, mes oreilles me remercient Je conseille vivement decilo pour l'accueil et le service. J'avais du mal à mettre mes bouchons et j'ai eu droit à une explication claire et précise via appel vidéo personnalisé. La prise d'empruntes s'effectue sans mal et sans dérangement. Juste l'effet d'un coton tige dans l'oreille. Super produit et super service (équipe jeune et dynamique)
