Decent burger joint using high quality ingredients; however alot of options not available. The beer not so fresh but the burger is great. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Burger? yeah...where in cool bun. It was my first place I came for Burger when I moved to Brussels. Despite visiting different places o found cool bun the best. Why?cosy atmosphere, homemade bun with sesame :) And most important good beef- my father it's a butcher and yeah I know how to distinguish between good and crappy meat. Definitely worth to come and taste it. On top of great burgers you can find here rare beers;) enjoy!
Awesome burgers and ribs, great local and foreign beers, nice atmosphere. But it's really expensive and I don't like to see a dog enter the kitchen.
As a former New Yorker and currently a happy ex-pat in Brussels I have devoted some time to finding a great cheeseburger here. Last night my family and I discovered Cool Bun in St. Gilles and I have added this warm and friendly place to my \greats\. While not achieving \first place\ in my contest, the Gorgonzola burger I ordered had real looking flavorful beef partnered with perfectly cooked frites (and plenty of them! ) so it made second place status along with about 3 other restaurants in town. We also shared an order of freshly made fried onion rings that were nicely cooked. The waitress was very friendly and got all our orders right. We definitely will head back soon!
Nice burger and some of the only smoked ribs in Brussels. Good beer selection too. Belgian and American.
Okay\ Hamburgers. Nothing amazing, a little bit weird though (not the classic burger bun) not a lot of choice, the meat isn't exactly amazing. there's a lot of better burger place around.
My favorite burger experience :) Main reason for that is Pierre's (the Chef) obsession for great quality ingredients, and preparing everything in his kitchen from scratch. Plus, the room is pretty cosy :)
