The most horrible experience ever in my entire life. Worst system you can find on earth. Extreme delay, extremely irresponsible, extremely inefficient, total mess, rude attitude, non-French speakers are not welcome here, and the list goes on.. One can literally plan and deliver a baby while waiting for the process to get your card. Not a joke, it took 9 months for them to process my application. That too after several visit and reminders. Belgium is heart of Europe they say.. Brussels is heart of Belgium they say.. this commune is simply useless everyone say !!!

Worst administration service ever experienced. No efficiency at all. Exorbitant charges. (350 euros for first registration of Non-EU citizens). Horrible attitude of the staff and their instructions are never clear. According to their website there is a hotline for appointments but when they answer the call they say they DON'T TAKE APPOINTMENTS. I stayed a year in Brussels and I never got my Belgian identity card thanks to their excellent work ! Last but not least, this place stinks, literally !

After 2 hours i have seen: a couple fighting, windows being shut and beaten, babies throwing up... No, this is not your typical Tarantino movie, this is the municipality offices... In which I obtained none of documents i needed. Thank humanity, thank you...

Même dans le centre administratif de la Ville il n'y a aucun contrôle. Je viens de voir des gens qui ne portent pas de masque ou le mettent en dessous de du nez. La distance de sécurité n'est pas respectée par ailleurs. Lamentable.
