Not even a customer and already bad experience. Was trying to get insured online as they encourage to do, the process works, but only up to the point you have to close the deal and pay. Calling them to ask for a solution, they don't have one! Asking for a bank account to pay with a reference or something, they cannot give it! It's a joke!

Bad follow up and from 2 different agencies and particularly bad customer service from 1 of them. No response to my emails and calls. I tried to escalate this to corporate management and didnt even get an answer. As a result I moved to another bank and I am looking forward to close my accounts with AXA.
Modern open architecture makes for an easy place to work and collaborate. Just one visit for me at this location. The people were helpful and quick to support you with anything you need. A friendly atmosphere.
The AXA building located at 25 Boulevard du Souverain, sports an amazing architecture, and is well situated, surrounded by water and trees. Unfortunately, they will soon relocate closer to the center. The main auditorium has a nice acoustic. The ground floor is luminous. I cannot vow for the upper floors. I've been there while attending the Data Innovation Summit 2016.
VERY RUDE customer service staff. I called to ask a question to become a customer. The staff answered rudely and told me to look at the website. I asked her that I could not find the information on the website. She did not listened and she hung up on me.
Worst customer service EVER! I have my insurance with them, so after a problem, they told me they would cover it. After I have spent my money on it and now they don't want to cover anything. What is it about? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD ! After paying always I got NOTHING back. All the conversations are recorded, that's why I did my investment. Any other insurance company PLEASE ??
