very nice shop with competent staff but it has uncompetitive prices. you usually get a 10% discount (but other competitors often give you 15% discount for the same brands/products) and the delivery via lift is not included (it is always included for most competitors for big purchases). At the end you end up paying significantly more.
Wonderful shopping experience with a variety of top tier furniture items. Expect the price point to accompany the quality, but well worth it. The staff is friendly and full of information and delivery options.

Just went there to buy a bed and the only thing the salesperson was interested in was money. I wanted to get some more information but all I got is a piece of paper with prices. Luckily now that I am reading reviews I am happy I did not buy anything.

Wish I read the reviews before going there. Bought a rather pricey pillow trying to solve the back and neck pains I have. The saleswoman was staring at me all throughout impatiently, pushing various options and not giving any helpful advice on what should be a correct alignment of neck and back etc. The choice seemed ok at first only to find that the pillow is too high for me. No option of returning items. It's a shame that they have such poor customer service for such high end products.
Bigger than expected. A lot of choices. The vendor was soso, really seems to push for a category of products he wanted to sell more than what I was interested in... Probably judging my budget per my appearance.
