Extremely cooperative agency. Quick response whenever you reach out to them for any issue. I have stayed in the rented house via this agency for almost 3 years and we never faced any challenges from agency side. Unlike other friends who have bitter experience with other agencies, i have left the house (& also Belgium) with happy memory. No extra charges, no hidden cost, quick response over email & most important if any issue, they send technicians promptly.

I had the worst experience here.. Unfortunately, the lowest rating is 1, which I believe is too much. There was an old woman there, who I believe was the owner and she was unbelievably rude. We were talking to, who I believe was her daughter and trying to fix a time to view some apartments and this rude, obnoxious old woman comes out from her room and tells the other woman, let's go. She was literally shooing us out. Short of saying, get lost!! Don't they know customer service??? Or are they just plain rascist?? They said they will get back to us and of course they didn't. Not that we expected them, nor do we want to deal with these kind of people. Just stay away from this agency. They are bad news!

Vraiment mauvaise expérience, cela fait prés de dix ans que j'attends ma garantie locative, alors que j'ai déjà payé la somme que je devais de dégâts locatif (erreur de ma part), je suis toujours resté poli et courtois, je me suis déplacé chez eux ils m'ont dis qu'ils allaient me renvoyer un mail après 4 mois toujours pas de réponses Dommage que l'on est obliger de mettre une étoiles car moi j'en mets 0

Avis très mitigé : agence assez correcte durant toute la location, mais au moment de libérer la garantie locative, ils sont aux abonnés absents ! Pas moyen d'obtenir une réponse de leur part, alors que cela fait 2 mois et demie que nous avons quitté l'appartement, et que le seul \dégât locatif\ a été estimé par l'expert immobilier à 21 !
