Decent looking departmental store..majorly for women's clothes, cosmetics, accessories, watches etc. The stuff was good but the ambience was somehow low.. not crowded either..maybe because of the overpriced items! Just had a nice look inside but didn't buy anything here.

The staff and customers did not respect Covid measures when we visited. Queues were very crowded without distancing. They have a good range of cosmetic brands, but are often missing popular shades.

Looks like a dying retailer, but the prices don’t match. I went there to shop for Christmas presents and was rather disappointed. The prices are high but the place looks like a 90s shopping mall. Not very appealing, way too many products on display, made me feel claustrophobic. The staff was very friendly and helpful though, for which I give two stars.

Great attention to security, so most cosmetics under wrap...tricky. Until the most adorable attendant helped us brilliantly, huge thanks to her! Short essential stay in BXL, rushed shopping between work, came out with huge smiles!

It's a nice place to shop in Brussels. But the items are limited and upscale. Make sure to check thr prices properly.

As a tourist , I was there to browse the many small shops along those streets. This is more of a moderate size mall. The prize to me is reasonable. I did bought something and got lots of compliment with it. I must have picked a good one. I wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes... they just run out of sizes . Overall... I can't complain as I am too far away from home and I found somethings that I like. Maybe later.. I will post a picture of my outfit.
