A little pricey, 25 per person (in 2018).Tickets are valid for 24 hours on two different routes, one route lasts 75 minutes and the other 60 minutes so you get over 2 hour's journey. On warm weather the top of the buses open. Recorded city guide is available in several languages but earphones only work on one channel i.e. only left or right earpiece will have any sound. This needs improving. Other than that good service overall.

Very nice service and excellent customer care.... I really recommend it allways.... for short stays you can get a quick overview of the city (Only a small problem that will dissaperar shortly hopefully: the frecuence of buses is not very high due to COVID19)

I was in Brussels from 19th to the 22nd of September 2019. We bought 2 days tickets for this City Sightseeing Brussels. Buses were never on time. Several times we waited about an hour for the next bus! Once the last bus of the day did not even come. People went to Subway and took taxis. Windows and floors on the buses were dirty. Once the bus was full with tourists (I believe they were in shortage of buses) and I had to sit to the last place, in the middle. And this mechanical piece from the roof of the bus was falling on my head again and again. We lost time and money because of them and it was a very unpleasent experience.

Nice tour and selection of place. Very difficult to find the bus stop.

The Brussels tour is made up of two lines, both are definitely worth visiting. I'd recommend a 48hr ticket in order to get to as many of the stops as possible. Definitely worth visiting the parliamentarium on the north line, and the atomium / mini Europe on the south line. The two circuits are easily able to fill most of a day, and the commentary on the bus is informative.

Disappointed to be told at 230pm the bus stops at 330pm .. so it’s 25 for one hour maybe. Not sure whey they stop so early

Their website says the buses run every 15 minutes in August but they come more like every half hour and are packed. The drivers are exceptionally rude. One was making fun of the tourists while we were waiting to board. It was clear to everyone even if they didn’t speak his language. We waited for another bus rather than get on his. Our driver then wouldn’t let me get on with a tiny espresso in a travel mug but let a woman behind me get on with an entire baguette sandwich and soda.

Hassle free way of seeing the main touristic places in belgium and Europe in general. They are the only operating company in Brussels providing such service. Other European cities have multiple companies
