They accept only cash. Standard boat trip, but with a very excellent entertaining captain! He started narrating the places in three languages, English, French and Spanish! Had a great tour of Bruges' canals. The guide was good at explaining about the many interesting buildings. A visit to Bruges isn’t complete without a boat trip on its canals. Go aboard at any of the five landing stages for a half-hour trip that allows you to appreciate the most noteworthy delights of the city from a completely different angle. It was a memorable experience of 35-minutes Bruges canal trip for 8 (as of July'17). The captain of our boat was knowledgeable and funny person, gave commentary about surrounding in both English and French language.
Rip-off, upon ticket sale they assured us Spanish audio cassettes would be provided. Upon boarding the captan told us they don't have it and he doesn't speak it either. He was very unfriendly and arrogant. Also his explanations were nothing special and all languages mixed up Absolutely not recommended taking a boat tour with this company.
Do not go to this boat tour, use one of the other ones. They have extensive queues and you have to wait for a significant time. Other places you can board pretty quickly. Hopeless service.
To do especially if it's start to be dark! With all the lights it's wonderful. The tour is nice, you won't learn so much but it's something to do! We tried only this company but everything went well and the price was 8e per person (recommended in guides).
I would give this a 0 star if I could. Please avoid using this boat company as they were verbally and physically abusive to my wife and daughter just because we dared to use the toilet in the Hotel Orangarie next door whilst waiting for our boat. Apparently they have had previous issues with the hotel where the police have been called but we were not aware of that and the lady at the ticket counter (you will know who you are) went into a rage and tore our tickets up and refused to let us on the boat. We made sure we asked first before using the toilet but this was too much for ticket seller. Absolutely shocked at her behaviour and ruined our visit to Brugge. Will never go back their again. I have taken proceedings with the local authorities to see if I can make a formal complaint. We remained totally calm and said if this was such a problem then they should put a sign up warning people. A very poor ambassador for Brugge and amazing they can just throw away 40 euros and create such a bad feeling. I see many people have made similar complaints on trip advisor.
10 are well worth for the half hour trip on the canals of Brugge!
Muy linda forma de ver a Brujas desde otro ángulo. Muy tranquilo, y los capitanes son muy simpáticos.
