Last week we had the pleasure to visit the Kreatos branch Brugge St.Kruis. My girlfriend and I were happy at the beginning. She came to wash her hair, I came for a haircut. My hairstyle was fine & actually my girlfriend's hair was clean, too.. but the surprise was big when they told us the price of 69 Euro, but we thought a Haircut must be just expencive in Brugge. 2 minutes later before loading we noticed it was not the cut but we were charged 42.50 Euro for washing hair! confused we went back to the shop to get an explanation for it. NOW happened what really annoys us too deeply and I have never experienced before in such a audacity. The store manager doesn't even listen to us, but only screams at us and disappears into the back of the store. After some customers were irritated by this reaction he comes back to the front and still commands us screaming in front of the door to \talk\ to us. Everything that happened there was pure aggression! He claimed my girlfriend had demanded any additional care treatment, which is de facto a lie! He became violent by trying to rip the receipt out of my girlfriend's hand. He only told us to call the police and left us behind in front of the store. I describe us as appreciative people, even a friendly explanation of the price would have satisfied us. But such an attack I can not tolerate. I will continue to pursue this act! Watch out for a hyper aggressiv manager!
