Great service, very professional and nice. I wanted to send packages so I went to print the info page that you have to put on the packages and then he didn't mind waiting for me to close the packages, tape them and add the info sheet. Very nice and patient.

0.50 for printing one page & 0.20 cents for four pieces of scotch tape. Felt very disappointed because I was taken advantage and my package shipment had to be shipped express. EDIT!!: I just received a reply from the owner stating that my parcel was open and it needed a lot of tape etc. - only this behaviour pushed me into leaving a review. I want to support small businesses but when someone has to take advantage of their customers to make profit & lie about it, it’s really disappointing.

I arrived at their shop at 12h44 during their opening hours. They left a very unprofessional message saying 'I am back in ten minutes' without mentioning when they would have been open again. I don't expect such unprofessional behaviour from a @UPS Access Point. P. S. Of course, they didn't arrive in 10 minutes
