Went there with a flat tire. They sent me away, because they only epair\ brands they sell. To send a client with an easy problem away because of such principle, says everything about their attitude towards customers. In any case, they will also not sell any of their bikes to me in the future. Luckily there are other, more customer focused bike shops in Gent.

Very basic service, not cheap at all. They had to change a tire and charged me 30 euros for it. Also an unpleasant encounter when i went to recover my bike: I was literally 2 minutes too late but the seller \couldn't let me in\ when i saw him and asked to do the quick business. (Their midday-break started at 12:30, i was there at 12:32) To get your bike fixed, you better go to a cheaper fix-service from the city itself, at the Ghent Belfort.
I'm unhappy with the service I have received here, some of the staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I have spent a lot of money here buying accessorises for my bike and getting things repaired but the repair never seems to be well done for the high price they charge. It is the most convenient place for me to go but I won't be returning my business to this place. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS.
VERY BAD service and totally not friendly. Had an emergency: my rear tire had to be fixed. It would have taken only 3 minutes or less to replace it. I almost begged them, because I needed it badly. The worst part is that they were laughing at me for that. Then, I asked them where else I could go but they told me that it wasn't their problem. Terrible experience!

duur en telkens ik iets liet repareren was het erna gewoon stuk. voorbeelden: remmen steeds na paar dagen al niet meer functioneel na reparatie. stuk op laten plaatsen voor mandje, bij de eerst volgende rit viel de moer er zomaar af tijdens het fietsen, mijn voorwiel had kunnen scheef schieten of zelfs los!! meerdere malen een band laten oppompen, na 1 straat klapband of lekke band door te hoge spanning. Met nieuwe fietsen en correct eigen materiaal!! slecht punt uit
