I have ordered parts of HP machine. After several discussion, Finally, the parts is unavailable. I have asked them to refund the money, but until now, there is no respond from them. Please give me a feedback !

What happened to this company?? Customer service - NIL POINTS. Digiprint were sold in October 2019 - so don't assume that you will get the same (used to be good) service. Charged twice. Order cancelled. Then put the prices up. No Explanation. Was never going to be delivered on time despite paying for fast shipping. Talk on chat? Enjoy the 30 minute wait.
I have been buying spare parts for my Roland printers from Big Fish for years. I am very happy with their service, product quality and most importantly great prices! I highly recommend.
I hope I could give a zero star. Don't buy from this company, they tell you stock available, it shows on the web as well, but it could take months to get the stock to arrive, despite you choose the 3 day courier option. Hopeless company with bunch of liar management/owners, who piss you off after the money has gone thru. If you ask for refund becoz of the wait, they will show you terms and conditions that is non-refundable. Your equipment will sit there for months and lose hundred thousand of revenue while you wait for the parts you need. Why not choose other equipment parts company on ebay on even from Alibaba, at least with buyers protection.
I was initially hesitant to place an order but found the online chat useful. One agent from USA answered my questions about the compatibility of the Maintenance Station. I was able to save over 130 on my order with the help from them. They also informed me that If I have any questions I could reach out to them. The agent was very informative and helpful and I am obviously happy that I saved a lot money. I highly recommend them! If you have a doubt about a part, connect in the chat and ask. Glad I did!
Customer service is the worst, this company doesn't have any products on stock! Getting in touch with them is impossible, you can wait on chat for two hours and then someone will reply "Our customer care manager will contact you" or "We will take care of your request" and noone ever responses. Same situation on the phone. We ordered UV lamps mainly because of the claimed shipping time (the offer said they ship the same day) and they sent them after two weeks! Also they didn't sent other ordered parts, not giving any explanation. I wanted a refund but they only gave a store credit. As we heard from other companies, they also have lots of problems with their orders. Do not buy from them if you want a fair transaction.
Great company, great and friendly managers, great discounts! Always can provide original and analog parts and I never encountered any in bad condition. Fast delivery and flexible payment system. Despite there exists chinese parts market, the price difference is minimal and includes warranty or in some cases you can return the order back and store the money on the site for the next procurement.
