It is interesting to see that you have your own staff giving 5-star reviews below, while the clients are complaining. Perhaps also, instead of replying to all the reviews on the internet by copy pasting the same answer, you have your staff replying to the phone calls of your customers who are trying to reach you. Just saying...

Bought a car from them for which I had a security option ordered (to turn on hazard lights and close windows automatically when breaking hard). This option was not delivered and the employees say I would need to do an accident to test it and it cannot be tested otherwise. "Thieves" is the only word I can use in public to describe them. Also the people answering the phone to setup appointments are borderline incompetents. I need to call a 4th time to change my appointment to a day I can actually go.

Routine 60k service. I did a test and brim-filled the screen wash before dropping the car off, guess what - they charged me for the refill! In all fairness they removed the charge (and the scooter hire charge) after I complained. No real apology given, just a bit awkward for a moment after I moaned at them. It doesn't fill me with confidence for future visits. Thanks for the answer Audi. Brim-filled means I filled it to the top and you guys tried to charge me as if I had an empty tank!

Very bad experience! I had to go to 3 times to get a quote for panel beating repair because they forgot to take pictures. Then the repair was supposed to take 3 days, it took 8 days - 8 because otherwise I was going to take the replacement vehicle on holidays the next day -. While the car was at the garage I asked to update the GPS. They misunderstood and did something else I did not ask. It had to be done at the last minute and I had to cal 3 times and insist. The guy on the phone was very unpleasant and said they may not find time in which I said then do not order the update. Miraculously they found the time to do it. I picked up the car and a stop light bulb was broken. They said they needed to do a fiche of repair and it is going to take minimum 1 hour. 1 hour to change a bloody bulb! Hopeless service! Never ever again. Next leasing with anyone but D'ieteren!

We bought a Seat Alhambra. Nothing to remark to the car, delivered as requested. However, the dealer offered a financing that we accepted and which was not ready at the moment of receiving the car. According to him, we did not explicitely confirm it. No big deal, could be a misunderstanding, we did the paperwork in a hurry and issue solved. We had also asked in written (email) whether any kind of assistance was included. As reply, he proposed Wecare, a package that includes both maintenance an assistance for a relatively high price with bad remarks in the discussion fora. We declined and contracted an assistance with our insurance. Surprise when you receive the car: Seat offers for free an assistance service (Seat Service Mobility) valid for 2 years and renewable simply by performing the revisions at Seat. I write (email) to ask for an explanation and the reply is that it was clearly defined in the order and contract and that he had explained it to both mi wife and me. Neither she or me remember this, we must have a very bad memory. Just a final remark: they charge you 175 eur for delivering the car. This service includes basically what they have to do anyway, a small box of chocolate and a small cleaning kit. However, the farmacy provided includes only half of the items defined by law. My advice: if you buy something here, complete your information elsewhere and check twice everything.

(Concerns Volkswagen d'Ieteren) I wanted to verify why a little warning light is switched on an d'Ieteren tells me that the next available slot for inspection in d'Ieteren mail and Zaaventem is 'end of July' , 5 weeks from now (19 June). I was warned about their horrible customer service, but did not believe it. Now I do. In question of doubt, better don't buy a Volkswagen, or at least not at the monopolist importer which runs most of the dealers.

Exorbitant prices. Supposedly fixed my car and before I got out of the building the problem came back. Immediately showed it to them but refused to refund the money that I paid for not fixing my car. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend them.

Audi garage with zero customer centricity . Avoid. Omg. They just got worse. Find another Audi dealer, as these guys ..
