Extremely disappointing service! Placed an order on the 11th of August for a changing table with bathtub to be picked up at the Auderghem shop. The delay was supposed to be 10 working days. A month and five phone calls later (not to mention our son was already born and we were bathing him in the kitchen sink!) still no word from our order. I was so angry I eventually decided to cancel the order and that took another week because there is only one manager who makes turns between the shop. Frankly, this store is only good if you know what you need and find it in the shop.

Arrogant, dissinterested, unhelpful saleswoman, and I am writing this because this was the second time around in six months (my only two visits) that she acted that way. This time she did not even put all of the stuff I bought from the counter into the bag - she put one item down on the desk to the left side which I highly doubt could have been by accident. She did it the moment I looked away to tend to my baby, and then pretended she did not know where it was when I asked. She had to give it back to me when I explicitly told her to. Just horrible. The first time around the service was very slow and I could not get any advice whatsoever on carseats from anyone. So, if you want helpful and kind staff who can help you, this is not the place to go.
