Felt more like a McDrive than a place to find your new life companion, and the staff is unpleasant to say the least, annoyed with questions as simple as “is this one available” and “how much”. Got a dog elsewhere and looking at other comments I don’t regret it
I have bought my chowchow in this shop 2years ago. He is simply wonderful. I can disagree to the fact that, most of these animals are importwd by Eastern European countries. Moreover, I find likewise immoral to buy a dog to a belgian breeder, pay a ridicolous amount of money, put your name on a waiting list and wait until the litter will be born. My experience in the dog shelter was also unhappy: they make you fill in a form and they chose a dog for you based on the answers you provide. So, I think this shop was the only chance left. Belgian system can be most of the time efficient, but sometimes, a failure.

We bought a Yorkshire puppy 1 year ago (650 euro). And she becomes much longer (40cm back length) and bigger, now 6.5 kilo. The vet says she is not fat, just big. She is double size of our neighbor’s Yorkshire, and when we walk on the street, people say she is a mix of Yorkshire and some other breed. I sent email to the shop about her size and the shop Replies that her size is normal for a Yorkshire. We love her a lot even she is not pedigree. But my suggestion is that, adopt a dog in refugee.

We are very happy with the service. I bought my dog in March of 2019. In perfect health and the Portuguese staff member was a great adviser. We bought a Samoyed and came back today for other family members. Thank you so much our Samoyed brings us so much happiness and joy. Great service and honesty of the Portuguese staff member.
