Very disappointing: - they didn't respect the appointment time. I was waiting there around 15 minutes at least. - they gave me the sensation they treat the patients like animals. Very impersonal and indifferent. They were about taking a decision of doing an extraction immediately, after 1 minute of watching the radiography. But also they say that it's not \so urgent\ - They did an anesthesia TOTALLY unuseful: in fact they did it for half of the face, but the place where i had the broken teeth was completely out of anesthesia effect. so in the and they took it out with a awful pain (but lucky me it was fast). In the end they didn't do anything ... they took out a small part of a he teeth without anesthesia there (which was broken and moving) in less than 1 minute. Then they put me a band-aid and they that's it. I do not know for what I paid 72 EUR. I stayed there on the dentist chair for 1 minute and they didn't do anything, excepting an anesthesia in a totally different place. I will definitely do a complain! My doctor was: Cédric Baldi! Strongly recommended to avoid! Important: - I asked for 3 times the costs (and they always responded vague with no clear information). They I had to pay 72 EUR and he didn't do anything!!! - pay attention: They are not \Conventione\ read about it first! That means the mutualite is reimbursing just a small part (25 EUR - I hope - from 72 EUR)

Helpful and polite staff at the reception/secretariat but my experience was bad overall. The only doctor that was supposed to speak english and take care of my issue, had poor communication skills and was unattentive. He was interrupted by others and left the exam room in the middle of the examination 3 times. We agreed on one thing and he performed another without informing me. Moreover, when clarification questions were asked at the end, he was frustrated and rude almost yelling at me that he is the doctor and he knows better...The exam room that I entered, the first one on the left after the reception was quite small and the equipment not in a good condition. No 'sink' attached to the chair...you can only wash your mouth at the end. Overall a bad experience and rather expensive for a job that was not even completed! 271 euros for filling of two root canals (on an already devitilised tooth) and a temporary filling. Remark: This review applies only to the 'english speaking' dentist and not the clinic as it was my first and last visit and have no other experience with any of the other dentists working there.

Excellent endroit de soin. Mme Ozver est une praticienne qui explique ce qu'elle fait et pourquoi, elle est très calme et très à l'écoute du patient. Cela vaut aussi pour son assistante dentaire qui est très chaleureuse et à l'écoute. Je ne regrette pas du tout d'avoir changé de dentiste. Oui cela coûte un peu plus cher, mais au moins la propreté est là, le matériel est neuf, et le personnel compétent. Les secrétaires sont très pro, bref ici je suis bien prise en charge. Je ne regrette pas le changement.

Prise en charge dès l’entrée, désinfection des mains et chaussons aux pieds. Salle de soins irréprochable, un bain de bouche avant l’acte, tout le matériel est stérilisé et déballé au dernier moment, soin de grande qualité avec douceur ... praticien et assistante très professionnels. On ne vous donne pas d’attestation de soins, elle est directement envoyée à la mutuelle... quel service...merci et bravo à toute l’équipe. Je recommande fortement
