I loved staying there. Everything is good especially location, spaces of hotel but the weekly cleaning is UNSATISFACTORY and DISAPPOINTING !!! It should be improved. Also please add plants in the room.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel location is ideal and the personnel is very friendly and dedicated to create a hospitality atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.
We booked simple room but on our arrival it wasn't available so they upgraded it to the mini apartment. The hotel is in the centre, few meters from the shopping zone Meir. The room was clean an really big. I appreciated the iron and ironing board there. The negative thing is that there is no large mirror. I did not like breakfast because of the small choice and the dirty cutlery and glasses. Also 2 capsules of Nespresso are in the room but if you finish them, you have to pay 1 euro for the capsule of no mark one. Staff was friendly and helpful. You have also a discount for the parking (5 euros/1 night) which is next to the hotel.
This is a good hotel, very conveniently located in the city centre, with a car park next door. Rooms are of good size and comfortable. I would have gone for a 4 if it wasn't for the breakfast experience. Because of covid a time we had to reserved a time to come and help ourselves at the restaurant buffet to take away in the room. We were amongst the last ones, there wasn't much to chose from anymore and no tray to take the food back to our room. We reported this and asked for a tray but the waitress couldn't care less ...
Good place, quality of equipment, sympathy of personnel
Perfect spot for families, very close to station and the historic center. The room is very comfortable for family. Lobby and restaurant on the 7th floor is very convenient.
This hotel is located at a nice place nearby Antwerp station. Staffs here are friendly and room is clean. But the breakfast is not good. There are just fews foods to chose and only scramble egg not boiled or sunny egg so it doesn’t be worth to pay Euro 15 to have breakfast. I don’t suggest to have room including breakfast.
Great hotel in the Diamond district with friendly staff and free Wi-Fi. Hotel is a short walk away from Antwerp's Central Station, the Zoo, shopping streets, lots of restaurants, ethnic, Kosher, fast, slow, beer gardens. Room is incredibly spacious, clean, renovated, modern bathroom with shower over a tub, excellent water pressure, hair dryer etc. Huge TV, comfy twin beds, kettle with tea and coffee in the room, self locking spacious safe. Buffet in the breakfast room to satisfy many tastes. Kosher available on prior request.
