Quite unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical towards old customers. Don’t fall into oily words of staff there when you join the gym, they will ask you that you could put a hault when you are travelling or sick. I produced a doctor’s note that I am not allowed to go to gym - ifitness did not consider this and did not put a freeze. January: charged EUR 50 - only 2 visits February: charged EUR 50 - only 1 visit March: charged EUR 50 - 0 visit (money deducted via direct debit despite lock down in March and no adjustments made) April - July: 0 visit and Now i-fitness is asking me to pay for these months. Then only they will cancel the membership in August without charging me. I fitness explanation below: I-fitness mentioned that it is like an insurance company that you have to pay no matter what. This is how they treat customers who have set direct debit for years. Machines are not cleaned specially in women room, people eat there. Upon complaining, no action is taken. Not sure if during corona all the regulations will be strictly respected. Some of the teachers in the classes are not helpful. i-fitness will tell you that can join classes at anytime, sessions are such that new comers can be comfortable. Nothing like that, sessions are concentrated only on old students. New comers are not treated nicely. It’s an expensive gym for no good and trouble you to extort money.

My favorite fitness center so far. Been to many gym but this gym is great and value for money. They also provide sauna and shower.
