Disgusting service and drivers. I really feel Antwerp authorities must do their work to improve the service.

I ordered the taxi the day before (via mobile app). Taxi arrived around 3:40, my order was for 3.30 AM. No message or call with any information so in the last minute I didn't know if the taxi will arrive or not (and tbh I was pretty scared because of reviews). App said the price will be 16 eur, final price was 21 eur. Anyway driver was nice.
We ordered this taxi to get to the train station and then with a train to the airport. The order was done in the evening for the morning. We gave all the details: 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 big suitcases and a stroller. Five minutes after appointed time I called the taxi. The answer was the following: “There is no taxi because your order is open in our system because we don’t have station vagons”. ??????? So what the lady did is she put a new order for 08:40 while the train was leaving at 08:48. We had to jump into our car and go to the airport ourselves. The result: lost 23 for the train tickets, extra 75 for longterm parking at the airport AND lots of stress ! This is the first time I meet such kind of ......no, I can’t say service. Awful experience.
In the past service was OK, but the taxi I ordered this morning never arrived, despite a text I received with link link to an app to follow the taxi. On calling the taxi service 10 minutes later I learned that no taxi was on the way and no taxi was available. 30 minutes later, after I had left, a taxi driver arrived and suggested a 5 euro fine for cancellation.... If an advance taxi booking is no longer a guaranteed taxi ride I will need to seek other solutions.
They keep calling me even I have already explained many times that they have wrong number!
A company I would NEVER use again. Called and booked for a specific time and then the taxi just didn't show up. Driver finally showed up 15 mins late after calling to ask where it was. Driver then proceeded to take us in the complete wrong direction to where we wanted to go. He was so clearly ripping us off by taking a very long route but he kept saying it was the only way he could go because of the roadworks. We knew this to be untrue, and when we questioned him he got all aggressive and threatened to call the police. We paid him double what we paid for the return journey when we returned home with Antwerp taxis later that night. Disgraceful.

Driver pressed the bell I went down (1st floor), NO DRIVER. Calling DTM. Answer: Driver could not find you. All this happened within 45seconds. Now my question is: How a person found Antwerpen all the way from Lompedusa island and could not find me in my exact address. DTM destroyed my day!!!
