Extremely bad experience: tracking site announces delivery; I wait for the package and suddenly the tracking site mentions 'address closed' - package will arive on another day! I didn't leave the spot for one second and still the driver did not stop to deliver the package: no note, no mail, nothing. Call center support: \I'm sorry but we are not able to support you in this case\ !!!???!!! Customer experience - in this case - is far below any moderate expectation.
I didn't received a single notice and now 3 months later I mention that the parcel from Germany might be there or is back with a for me invisible JVGL number. *sick* Many phone calls are made: no answer, thank you!

DHL Parcel Belgium is known for lack of the customer support, bad service, delays and mean drivers.
I am calling them for over 1 hour and nobody is answering the phone...... worse company i have ever seen..... and the robot say on the phone that in under 7 minutes they will answer.... i've let the call open 3 times over 15 minutes and nobody is answering........bad company
