Thanks to Henry and the Belgium Diamonds team for offering a really efficient and friendly service. Initially, I did wonder how smoothly ordering jewellery online would go, especially in the middle of a pandemic. The website, though, provides all the detailed characteristics of the diamonds on sale and the search filters made it easy to find a small anniversary gift for my wife within my budget. Our experience with Belgium Diamonds was actually far better than the one we had a couple of years ago when we accompanied a friend to visit a diamond shop in Antwerp. In contrast, I found Henry’s prompt follow-up by phone, as well as his knowledgeable guidance, really reassuring and he even kindly delivered the gift and certificate in person in a nice box.

Beautiful earrings that arrived in just a few days. Henry was very helpful in choosing the right diamonds for the perfect gift and the end result is just amazing. The price is also considerably lower then in the local jewelry stores. The diamonds are shipped with the original GIA certificates which makes it certain that you are paying for the real deal. Would recommend without hesitation!
