When you are visiting Antwerp I would reccomend you to hire these bikes. Its a nice way to explore Antwerp. For the locals its also a very nice and cheap way to go from point A to B. At the MAS there are more then 1 bike stations. This means the chance its full or empty are much lower then other places.
